Scroll down to the bottom of the list. I installed the #6 kit only. Basically you add a hole in the governor plate and a new baffle around the cylinder in its simplest terms. It wasn’t hard at all. Took maybe an hour.
That’s cylinder #6 right? Those are notorious for running hot. Mine did the same and I installed a GAMI #6 baffle kit and temps are waaay down now on it.
That is the stuff we are given access too. I’ll have to find the article but there is AI writing its own code that top programmers have no clue what it’s writing. AI will take over in time.
Man I’m not sure how old you are but if you’re in your 20’s chase that dream now!! If she truly loves you and knows your passion she will understand. I mean you yourself said you’re not ready to be tied down. Nothing against her or her family but if you have a dream you need to chase it and make...
Thinking not unfortunately. 91.319 states:
(f) No person may lease an aircraft that is issued an experimental certificate under § 21.191(i) of this chapter, except in accordance with paragraph (e)(1) of this section.
But if you’re the owner and you lease it to your own company that you own...
1% rule is always tight in the RE market. I’d only stick to that rule if I knew appreciation was there because cash flow will not. I like 2% deals much better. Business gets valued differently anyway. To many variables I’d need to know, will current owner do any owner financing as part of the...
When my dual G5’s were installed I had that problem with the amber and VFR. It was in fact a bad GAD unit. Garmin hooked us up with a new one and has been good since thankfully.
Honestly…in a pa28-140 I’d go the cheapest route. I’d install the dual G5’s. You won’t notice the difference between it and the higher priced garmin units if they are not side by side. It’s like 1080p vs 4k. I was at Best Buy with those side by side and still I could barely tell a difference and...
Put your reference point just off the wing tip. Imagine a string from your nav light the the point. Same with a S turns when your wing tips meet your line start or finish your turn. I find reference maneuvers waay easier in a low wing.
I didn’t read the thread other than your OP. But I’ll say this, as long as your instructor is comfortable and you’re flying with him go in those super windy days. Get discouraged and second guess with him right there and I promise you will be waaay better for it.
Nope it doesn’t. Haha
Funny thing was my wife and I flew from north MS to lake okeechobee and all was good. As soon as we left and got over open water I hear a loud boom in the plane. I freaked for a second and scanned all gauges and all was fine. My wife said the popcorn bag came from together...
Most investors are buying up homes you wouldn’t buy to live in initially without having to put in significant cash for rehab.
I have over 60 properties and growing, a lot of my single family homes were complete wreck messes. Buying a turnkey property rarely makes money upfront so I stay away...
