    It’s busy in the best of circumstances. If there’s weather on Saturday or Sunday morning it can turn into the zoo at feeding time. Have a good plan B and even C especially if you hear holding is in progress.

    I think that's sound advice for any of the +V approaches where the box generates an advisory GP. Caution also applies to MDAs and step-downs too.

    Not sure about that, I do know Jet A has more energy density than avgas but that density generates a weight penalty which is not insignificant for a full fuel load in a typical GA aircraft.
