    ADHD+THC

He can't be certified if he is a marijuana user (no matter what excuse he invents). He can try again in two years. He will have to repeat the neuropsych. He was required to have disclosed that use on his application, so if they let him get this far either he lied or his AME is incompetent.

Who is Jack Fleetwood, the photographer? Chat GPT

When I ask about me it makes me sound much better than I actually am: Ron Natalie is a notable figure in the world of computer networking and software engineering. He has been involved in various significant projects throughout his career. Notably, he was one of the key developers of the BSD...

    Fall from door

Margy wanted me to replace all our exterior flood lights with Ring spotlight cams. The ones on the hangar in particular are 25' up in the air over irregular ground. I rented a boom lift. Made easy work out of the job.

OSH - AIRCRAFT DOWN SOUTH OF ULTRALIGHT AREA

The problem is proving it to the level of a criminal conviction. First off, the NTSB conclusions aren't evidence and even much of the data they collected is barred from being used. Of course, if the Winnebago DA wanted to pursue it he could reinterview the witnesses, etc...

Subject: Seeking Advice on Aviation Medical with Past License Suspension

And the FAA is unconcerned about guilt or innocence here. They want to know if the expunged, deferred, rescinded, or whatever event was the result of undoing an operating while intoxicated event to trigger their investigation. The legal status is irrelevant. In some states you can bury a...

OSH - AIRCRAFT DOWN SOUTH OF ULTRALIGHT AREA

It was also in the report, and this was told me the day this event happened, that the pilot in question was told to STOP doing these 360 spirals the day before.

    Resume Own Nav...

You don't get EFCs if there's no clearance limit. A proceed direct or vector isn't a new clearance limit. It's merely a transient change to your route.

You have to report it. Obtain the records that show why it was suspended. A non-DUI related offense will not amount to much of an impediment.

Tennessee Senate passes bill outlawing Chemtrails

    KLGB ILS Canceled for B737

Hell, I was flying into DCA on AA, and we had our approach canceled twice. I got kind of tired of seeing 2W5 go by my window.

    trouble light, work light

I grabbed a handful of different LED worklights from Lowe's a while back. One has a rechargeable battery which is handy at times. I've got a smaller battery operated one I use when I'm upside down under the instrument panel, etc...

Flight Plan Filed -- Told to Expect Different Route

File what you want. Fly what you get. Log what you need. My first instrument XC work, I file, everything regurgitates fine. Call for clearance. They give me a completely different route. Fine, put that into the GPS. Take off, call approach. "We have a new route for you." Oh fun...

    Pocket knife: Weird or normal?

I have a neat little Opinel Folder I keep in the pencil jar on my desk that I use more often than anything else. My kicking around the hangar knife is a cheapo buckknife w/box cutter blade combo that came from Lowes or something. One of the more unusual knives I have is a folding chef's...

My 15 yr plan of owning a home in an airstrip community

We built this home with the understanding that we may end up not flying at some point before we die. My wife having been a special education teacher specializing in rather profound physical disabilities designed a house that put most of the important stuff on the main floor. Our front door...

My 15 yr plan of owning a home in an airstrip community

We don't have gas here either, but I've never really found it to be an issue. The closest fuel is only 4NM away. I usually go 19NM for a little better deal. If I'm heading out on a longer trip there are some fields with substantially cheaper fuel in various directions I might be heading...

Where does the FAA find your medical info from?

Did I ask you to? Since when was griping about the FAA against the ROC here? We'd have to delete half the posts in the medical forum if it were.
